Service Completion: If a service is canceled mid-cycle, after the work for the month has commenced but before completion, the client will still be responsible for paying for that month.

2. Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a service is rendered, such as a completed month of SEO optimization or specific milestone achievements in the SEO plan, no refunds will be issued for those services.

3. Trial Periods

Trial Offerings: We may offer a trial period for new clients, during which they can evaluate our services. If a client decides to discontinue services within the trial period, they may be eligible for a full refund, provided no extensive work has been completed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Special Considerations: In exceptional circumstances, such as service not meeting the agreed-upon standards or other disputable situations, we may consider issuing refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

Notification: All requests for cancellations or refunds should be submitted in writing and will be confirmed by us in writing.
